We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
Coach Zach Leach is the lead coach here at our barbell club. He has been a Strength Coach and in the fitness community for 10+ years. During that time he has designed and implemented multiple fitness programs that specialized in olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, hypertrophy and high intensity training. He has trained a multitude of clients from youth to masters athletes in a group setting and one on one. Has also coached multiple athletes in state and national championship level champions, where they have received multiple medals for their performances.
